We also carry out research into best practice, offer support for organisational learning on stakeholder management, and provide advice for clients on related pressure group matters.

- Advising HSE on new build and on the safety management and governance issues associated with nuclear site license company competition arrangements (2007).
- Development and support for six nuclear site BPEO and 'End State' environmental option assessments (2004-07).
- Independent evaluator for all aspects of the UK Committee on Radioactive Waste Management (CoRWM) (2004-06).
- Interview-based evaluation of the London Fire Brigade’s stakeholder management and public opinion monitoring arrangements (2006).
- Public opinion research on the provision of data to stakeholders for the Health Protection Agency (two focus group projects 2004, 2006).
- Interview-based evaluation of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s National Stakeholder Group framework (2005,2006).
- Interview-based evaluation for the UKAEA of the stakeholder strategy and programme associated with a major site decommissioning programme (2004).
- Evaluation for the EBRD of the stakeholder lists, databases and consultation arrangements for a major stakeholder programme in Russia (2004-05).
- Interview-based evaluation of the HSE's National Account Manager pilot-study, including specialist input and stakeholder interviews (2003).
